  1. I was told by a computer expert that we are assigned different IP addresses all the time. In fact right before my son's IP was hacked it belonged to someone in Minnesota. Go figure, so my question would be could these people in MN have done anything and then all of a sudden it was transferred to my sons IP address. I asked, did not get a really good answer.
