Class Action Filed Against Mugshot Websites

Removal fees charged by mugshot websites violate Ohio's Right to Publicity law.

Thank you for your interest in Lashaway v. JustMugshots.com et al., the Ohio lawsuit against several mugshot websites. 

We have an immediate need for someone in Southern California to be interviewed by a Los Angeles news station on Monday, February 11th; to speak to their experience dealing with these website operators and how having their booking photo posted online has affected them. Being personally present is preferred, but if you are available to speak via phone, please let us know.
