This week on BlogTalkRadio (Tuesday January 29th):
"Orwell’s
1984 and the American Police State”
With special guest: Anthony Jones
who is a member of the ‘by invitation only’ Orwell Society –
and one of the few private investigators in America whose specialty is “Counter
Intelligence Private Investigator (CIPI). When considering
what CIPI is, well if you’re a government - you want to know who is spying on
you. There is the FBI, CIA, Mossad or KGB out there and you want to
find out who is spying on you. But what if you are a private
citizen? You may also want to know who is spying on you - or who has you
under investigation. But obviously, you can’t call the FBI or CIA or KGB.
You need to “CIPI”.
The
US Government’s Executive branch continues to grow in power beyond the
checks and balances originally designed into the US Constitution.
Wars of aggression, wars against the US Constitution, and wars against the
wealth of American citizens have brought our country to the brink of a
totally failed democratic and prosperous society. Is George Orwell’s
“1984” dystopian future becoming a reality? Have doublethink,
doublespeak, and newspeak become a permanent part of media propaganda
that floods our minds every day? What about the idea that what we
think about the official history of the past could actually be a partial
fabrication to protect the powerful today? A quote from the book 1984
said “Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present
controls the past.”
In
an Orwellian sense, is the Sex Offender Registry (SOR)
law concept continuing to be used as a pretext to separating Americans of
certain crimes into a “Government Control Zone” where they were
assigned “reduced” Constitutional rights? Are SOR laws
based more on facts or on a kind of Orwell’s 1984 political consideration?
How has the “news” media used Orwellian doublespeak and newspeak
to manipulate the topic of sex offenders in the news?
I'll see you at the appointed time,
Tom Madison, Registered Sex Offender
And Host of the talk radio series:
